The dielectric construction is polyester/polypropylene, paper and aluminum foil. The impregnant used is a non toxic highly refined, purified and inhibited mineral oil.
WARNING: The stored energy in the capacitor can be lethal.
Never touch capacitor terminals unless the capacitor has been fully discharged.
During storage and transport, capacitor terminals should be wired short circuit.
